Ethan did a spectacular job installing my radon mitigation system! Very high quality work - neat, clean, structurally sound - and he left the space cleaner than it was before the work was done. -The owner and operator was knowledgeable.
-He responded to my questions in a timely fashion.
-He showed up when he said he would and finished the same day
-Once the work was complete, there was an immediate and
significant dip in the Radon level, from over 7 to less than 2.
These guys did a great job on the basement egress window of our family cabin! They were punctual, professional and kept the work area neat and tidy. It was never hard to get in touch with the owner when I had a question, unlike some other outfits who seem to disappear for days or weeks at a time in the middle of a project. It was a pleasure doing business with Better Basement Solutions, and we'll definitely be calling them again for future work.
